We are a reknown Ground Handling Company with Head Office in Lagos with branches in all major airports in Nigeria, due to the approval of our Training schools as an IATA Training Center (ATC) we have an urgent for the position of Assistant Training Manager
Job Description
·         To assist in coordinating all training programs while ensuring that the right facilities are put in place for their successful executions
·         Liaise with approved vendors in planning and scheduling training for the staff
·         Ensure that all trainings are scheduled and executed within the allocated training budget for the financial year.
·         Ensure that all trainings for staff are executed at the right cost securing discount where necessary
·         Conduct competency assessments and perform simple gap analysis by comparing actual and ideal/targeted performance level
·         Process in training request from staff in order to ensure that all training needs are catered for according to the training policies put in place
·         Ensure that invoices from vendors are processed in a timely manner
·         Keeping and updated training plan and records for employees
·         Ensure that training invitations to members of staff are sent out in a timely  manner
·         Manage the corporate library
·          Coordinate the KPIs of the overall employees
·         Ensure smooth logistics and participate in the facilitation of induction progtrammes in-house programmes and evaluate training effectiveness
·         Provide companies with classroom training demonstrations, on-the-job training meetings, conferences and workshops
·         Provide performance feedback
·         Assist with the development of strategic plans
Job Recruitments
·         B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or its equivalent in a relevant field
·         Minimum of 7 years training experience in a reputable organization of which 5 must be in Aviation Industry.
·         An ideal candidate must have thorough knowledge of IATA Training courses
·         A registered member of Training Institute
·         Having a knowledge of how IATA Training Center is being run is an added advantage
·         Candidate must be computer literate and have good communication skills

Applicants must have completed the required professional training and qualifications for their disciplines from recognized. They should hold full registration and affiliation with the relevant professional bodies
OTHER CLINICAL POSITIONS:
4.       Emergency Room Physicians – JS004
5.       Senior Medical Officers: JS005 must have a minimum of 6 years post qualification experience
6.       Head of Pharmacy/Pharmacy manager: JS006 must have at least 3 years pharmacy management experience
7.       Pharmacists: JS007 must have 2 years pharmacy experience
8.       Pharmacy Technicians: JS 008 must have 2 years experience on the same position.
9.       Radiographers: JS009 must have 2 years radiography experience
10.   Head/Deputy Head of Laboratory: JS010 must have at least 3 years medical laboratory management experience
11.   Medical Laboratory scientist: JS011 must have 3 years medical  laboratory experience with appropriate  qualifications in microbiology, chemical pathology and/or haematology
NURSING POSITIONS:
12.   Chief/Deputy Nursing Officer: JS012
13.   Night Duty Nursing Managers: JS013 must have a minimum of 5years post qualification experience
14.   Nurses and Midwives: JS0014 must have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
15.   Intensive Care/High Dependency Nurses: JS015 with at least 5 years
Experience
16.   Theatre Nurse: JS016 at least 3 years experience with preoperative certification
17.   Emergency Room/ A & E Nurses: JS0017 must have 3 years ER experience with BLS certification
18.   Quality Assurance/ Customer Services Nurses: JS0018 must  demonstrate track in quality assurance and/or customer services
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
19.   Chief accountant: JS019 must possess B.Sc./HND in any filed with an accounting professional qualification with a least of 5 years finance management experience. She must be proficient in the use of the modern accounting software and preparation of financial records with IFRS is compulsory
 
20.   Head of HR & Admin: JS020 must possess a B.Sc./HND in any field but has a deep understanding of administrative, secretary and logistic support experience. She is expected to maintain an efficient inventory record and storage management of office supplies. She shall provide operational support to implement effective functional talent management initiatives and policies that would avail the hospital the strategic benefit of a highly motivated and resourceful workfore.
21.   Account Officers:  JS021 minimum qualification is B.Sc./HND in accounting with 3 years experience. Knowledge of accounting packages and hospital software application is an advantage. A professional qualification with the knowledge of IRFS financial reporting is an added advantage
 
22.   Cashier: JS022 minimum qualification is OND in accounting or ATS with minimum of 2 years experience
 
23.   Procurement Officer: JS023 must possess technical expertise in procurement and supply services. Must have a minimum of 5 years professional experience supported with procurement successful procurement and logistics management of health commodities such as medicines and laboratory reagents
 
24.   Store Keeper: JS024 minimum qualification is OND in stores and purchasing or any other relevant professional qualification. Must have at least hand – on experience
 
25.   Personal assistance to the CMO: JS025  this position is for a versatile young graduate of social sciences with strong IT and highly developed communication skills
 
26.   Marketers: JS026 must possess a B.Sc./HND in any field with at least 3 years experience in marketing in health management products
 
27.   Customer Service Executive: JS027 must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in a demanding, front line, customer facing role.
 
28.   Drivers: JS028 must have at least SSCE result with minimum of 2 years experience and a valid driver license
 
29.   Maintenance Staff: JS029 must have a broad knowledge in the maintenance of modem hospital equipments with at least 5 years experience
 
30.   Head of IT: JS039 must have a broad range of IT specialist supported by qualifications and experience
