Description
Are you a fresh graduate, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and interested in working as a customer service officer in a dry-cleaning and laundry outfit?
Responsibilities
- Communicate courteously with customers with telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
- Handle customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue etc
- keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organization is providing
- Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
- Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
- Involve in staff recruitment and appraisals
- Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
- keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
- Other responsibility will be assign by management from time to time
- Very confident, strong communication skills (Oral and written)
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other relevant software
- Strong business planning skills.
